Somerset
The Somerset Room is a small wedding party's delight. Large French doors allow natural light to filter in, or you can choose to open them to your own outdoor patio area. During the evening, the back-lit bookshelves, decorative fireplace and elegant chandelier with dimmer, transform this room into an intimate gathering place for your cocktail reception, small sit-down dinner or wedding ceremony.
The Country Springs Hotel does not charge a rental fee for banquet space. However, we have established minimum requirements in food and beverage revenues, as listed below. Maximum capacities are with round tables seating 10 (except where noted). Staging, dance areas and audio/visual equipment may reduce the capacity of each room. At maximum capacity, the band will not be able to set up until after dinner and some of the tables will need to be removed to provide a dance floor area.
Sit down dinners only - 70 people plus head table (up to 8)

*Minimum Requirement: Total food and beverage (cash or host bar) purchased, including sales tax and gratuity, must reach a minimum of $2,500. Deposit is $1,000.
