The Grand Salon
Private and yours alone, the Grand Salon offers 4,800 square feet of elegantly appointed space. Featuring your own entrance to the 2,500 square foot foyer with an impressive built-in bar and separate restrooms, the Grand Salon is a distinct destination all its own.
The Country Springs Hotel does not charge a rental fee for banquet space. However, we have established minimum requirements in food and beverage revenues, as listed below. Maximum capacities are with round tables seating 10 (except where noted). Staging, dance areas and audio/visual equipment may reduce the capacity of each room. At maximum capacity, the band will not be able to set up until after dinner and some of the tables will need to be removed to provide a dance floor area.

*Minimum Requirement: Total food and beverage (cash or host bar) purchased, including sales tax and gratuity, must reach a minimum of $12,500. Deposit is $2,000.
