Ellis Certification

The Springs Water Park and Country Springs Hotel is committed to your safety. We keep our water safety standards and practices at the highest level possible by partnering with Jeff Ellis & Associates, a private firm specializing in aquatic risk management.

In order to maintain these high standards and practices, our lifeguards are trained and tested on a daily basis. The Springs Water Park will often conduct a number of drills and/or skills tests during hours of operation. Additionally, Ellis & Associates will conduct a minimum of four unannounced aquatic safety audits per year. These audits will assess our lifeguards and staff in the areas of professionalism, vigilance in scanning zones of coverage, rescue skills and the ability to manage an emergency situation.
